ORDERS
When you place an order with Ops&Ops you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
Should Ops&Ops run out of stock after you have made a payment, we will inform you by email and offer you a refund or an alternative. Times quoted are guidelines only; delays in delivery are outside our control. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you are unavailable for delivery or do not collect your package when you have been notified and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for payment for re-sending.
Ops&Ops insure your purchase until delivery.
UK DELIVERY
By Royal Mail and usually within 48 hours from date of despatch. All packages must be signed for.

£5. Free shipping on orders over £150. Ops&Ops will pay for sending out one exchange.
