Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt. (Exchange or credit only on Final Sale items.) Shoes must be returned in original condition, with all packaging. Please stand on a carpeted surface when trying on to protect the soles.
Contact [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Please state your reason for return; for exchanges, choose a replacement. You will then receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) to include with your return.
For a limited time, Ops&Ops will cover the cost of UK returns, providing a pre-paid Royal Mail shipping label. Customers may choose to return goods using a different method at their own expense, for which we suggest obtaining a tracking code and proof of postage.
Ops&Ops will pay for sending out one exchange.
Ops&Ops have the right to refuse an exchange or refund if returned shoes are damaged or worn.
OUTSIDE THE UK
Customers returning goods from outside the UK must label the package as a product return to avoid custom import duty. If this isn’t done, any incurred import duty will be deducted from the refund.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
