If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or offer a full refund* within 14 days of receipt (exchange or credit only on Final Sale items). For pre-sale orders, it is 14 days from shipment date. Shoes must be returned in original condition, with all packaging. Please stand on a carpeted surface when trying on to protect the soles.
*If you decide to return an item purchased in a “buy one, get one free” promotion, you will receive a credit value reduced proportionately by the discounted amount. Example: If one pair is £285 and the second is £240, the total discount is £240. If either item is returned, the credit will be equal to the original purchase price less £120 (half the discount). For a full refund, all items must be returned (does not apply to Final Sale). Any items may be exchanged.
Contact email@example.com, with your order number in the subject line. State your reason for return; for exchanges, choose a replacement. You will then receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and you can return the shoes.
Customers must obtain proof of posting and pay for return. Ops&Ops will cover the cost of shipping out one exchange only.
Ops&Ops has the right to refuse an exchange or refund if returned shoes are not in a saleable condition.
OUTSIDE THE EU
Customers returning goods from outside the EU must label the package as a product return to avoid custom import duty. If this isn’t done, any incurred import duty will be deducted from the refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
