Returns & Exchanges

If you decide to return an item purchased during this promotion, you will receive a CREDIT NOTE reduced proportionately by the discounted amount. Example: if one pair is £264 and the second is £162, the total discount is £162. If either item is returned, the credit value will be equal to the original purchase price less £81 (half the discount). For a FULL REFUND, all items must be returned. Any items may be exchanged.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Shoes must be returned in original condition, with all packaging. Please stand on a carpeted surface when trying on to protect the soles.

Contact [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Please state your reason for return; for exchanges, choose a replacement. You will then receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) to include with your return.

Customers must obtain proof of posting and pay for return. Ops&Ops will cover the cost of shipping out one exchange only.

Ops&Ops have the right to refuse an exchange or refund if returned shoes are not in a saleable condition.

Customers returning goods from outside the EU must label the package as a product return to avoid custom import duty. If this isn’t done, any incurred import duty will be deducted from the refund.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
